One member can't access IM
I have one member from the UK who cannot get the IM to work. No one else has a problem. He can use bulletins. Does anyone know what's wrong? He's asked me to try to fix it for him if possible and I'm at a loss.

Inappropriate?I've answered this in another thread - but again - can you make sure he is upgraded his browser to the latest version? As it's only him that's experiencing the problems it would seem that the problem lies on his side...
