What happens if I click the reset network widgets button? Will I lose all my layouts or is it just for the one page that I am working on?

I did a reset in the beginning when I was setting up my network and it is almost like cleaning up everything.
Can't really remember all that happened but I remember thinking 'NEVER TOUCH THIS BUTTON AGAIN!'
