problem with the server? Also when I tried to go on the video tab it just crashed

If you have an update area for Get Satisfaction, why are you not letting everyone know there is a problem and your working on it.
This goes back to directly what I have been saying week after week. BETTER COMMUNICATION to the people who PAY to use YOUR service

We can pretty much anticipate the response before it ever is answered, thats why we just stopped reporting things, it really doesn't make a difference anyways

Inappropriate?I am new to Social Go but have had established sites on Ning. I basically made the Kings X mistake in putting all of my eggs in one basket.
What upsets me is simple things, like letting people know when they aren't working publicly. Imagine all the people who have no idea whats going, there is no general response area to even go.
When the site goes down, certainly they should be able to send out a mass email to all the creators, heck, they charge my credit card with ease, why not put in this simple response so we know when something isn't going right.
There is just lots of area of improvement and it seems like it drags and drags -

Inappropriate?we've found the cause of the problem,one of our servers has developed a fault. we're configuring a replacement at the moment, and it will be in service soon.
this problem should only be affection a fraction of our users.

Inappropriate?full service should be back with you now. we had to replace a server due to a hardware fault and it took while to configure a new one, then replace and verify the data.
i'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and for the delay in the fix, we had to be very careful that no data was lost in the transfer process.
we'll be continuing to monitor the networks all night to be sure.
