Urgent: Photos not loading correctly
Photos are not loading correctly when viewed individually. The Photos gallery thumbnails are fine, but this happens when you try and view a single image.
This problem is across my network's photos, and isn't an internet connection or page problem.
Why is it so important to fix it urgently, as far as I'm concerned? Because the front page of my network has a widget which pulls a featured photo. I've had to disable it. This problem has - bluntly - wrecked the look of my network.

I’m annoyed that whenever I try and make my network look better, the software lets it down

Inappropriate?I've had to disable my Featured Member on the front page of transdivine.com as well. Having this has had a major impact on return visits of members, so this needs mending ASAP!!!!

Inappropriate?I've just found that they're not loading properly on individual profiles either. This means that members uploading pictures will think it's their problem, and also can't view profiles properly.
To be honest, I can't believe this is happening. It's like we're back to the old problems of December 2008 when the photos just don't work.
Yesterday I had a major push to get back the membership from my old network, which was proving very successful, and should be delivering right through the weekend.
This will just drive people away. AAAARGH!!!!

Inappropriate?Putting up a message is a good idea, and something all Zocku network owners can do while Alex and others are working on fixing things.
I've already used a bulletin to warn members about the problem, and another network owner has used a text widget at the top of the home page to do this. -

If individual photos on profiles and in the gallery aren't displaying properly, this is because of a technical problem our support team are working on. Sorry for the inconvenience - it should be resolved shortly. -

that's why I have put my network under Maintenance. (To avoid members to be lost..)
1) I hope that the fact I have put my network under maintenance does not affect the problem solving for my network

A free and very good, easy to use program to help you ( and your members) to clean their browsers cache is www.ccleaner.com , i advise my members to use this and since i'm doing that i ( my members) had hardly any cache problems anymore.. ( saved me a lot of time)
