Urgent: Zocku Admin Center says I don't own my own network

I can log into the Zocku Admin Center, and it correctly identifies me. But it says I don't own my network. This means I am unable to manage the html elements on my front page, which I update several times a day.

 
sad I’m unsurprised by yet another technical failure on my Zocku network.
