Visitor Radar problem
Visitor Radar is not working properly, sometimes it just shows a bunch of code and sometimes it shows but then it shows few members many times.

If you don't already possess the knowledge required, perhaps you'd be better off picking up a book or two on AJAX, JavaScript, etc and building your own applications to work with your community. I'm not putting down the third party widgets by any means, I'm just pointing out that besides the headaches, the emotional reward of building your own functions and features are majorly gratifying.
Apart from all that, you will also know why certain things decide not to suddenly work and you will be able to easily fix them painlessly. Just an Idea :P

Thank you for your comment james, and i just might pick up a book or 2. This is a product that many of us here have bought and SocialGo is made also for dummies the people how dont know how these things work so i found a problem with this product and am posting it here because this is something that SG or WidgetLab should fix, not us after buying it. -

Your best bet is to mail us at support@socialgo.com we can then report this as a big if it is one, assign it a bug ticket number and fix date..
This is our new bug process as mentioned in the workshop and it really is the quickest solution if there is a bug!

there has been many bugs with WL apps this week becuase thay all went off line last night and Video role has not worked for about a week now. -
Inappropriate?It started happening again with all the WL apps. My primary concern at this point are the custom navigation tabs with the drop downs that I designed using WL Tab Doctor. They're gone again! SG/Zocku should consider adding something like Tab Doctor as a standard feature. -
