Who ́s online now - doesn ́t work?!

the option \"whos online now\" doesnt work !!

and the buttons for \"add new user foto\" \"usw.\" are not really on the right place when i logged in with my test-user-nick!

when i log in with my admin, than is everything okay (just the online-now option doesn ́t work)
