Hello,
I'm not a big specialist in all internet stuff, so ....
I just established my domain to point to my network (http://friendship-energy.com). It works well.
However, I noticed that I can't use the address in the form of "www.friendship-energy.com", as it will not work with www in front of.
Is there any possiblity to have also "www.friendship-energy.com" work?

Inappropriate?You have something in your dns settings wrong as you point to socialgo's ip not a url.
In the admin make sure the custom url is www.url.com -

when i try in admin console with "www.friendship-energy.com" and click on Check Domain button, I receive an error message (image attached
)
instead, when i try with "friendship-energy.com" and click on Check Domain button, I receive a a good message (image attached)
and, finally, when I check on the net with a DNS lookup service i get some message (image attached)

Inappropriate?in the admin custom url try to see if www.friendship-energy.com is what you have imputed.
though I think you may have done your dns settings at the registrars site wrong.
