If you disable the facebook function then yes. You can do this by going to the add something window, clicking on the site tab, and then clicking add/edit sites. From there you can disable the facebook app.

Would it be possible to modify the Facebook connectivity so that instead of having a pop-up window, there would be an additional option beneath the clip (in the row with the options for commenting and posting to Twitter) for posting the clip to Facebook?
