Can the formatting of the article text be better?

In each article, some of the formatting from the source is retained but others are not. In particular, a post from my blog (http://www.socialmedian.com/story/203...) has a numbered list with quoted blocks in between each number. On socialmedian the text looks terrible. Can the text formatting be retained or improved?
