Face(less)book.com Tech Support and name issue

Face(less)book.com Tech Support. What's the deal with the automated name system?? More than once I have tried to create an account on Facebook with total fail. It appears no one on Facebook's coding team ever thought someone would legally have my name let alone be given my name at birth. Contact the so called tech support via the web form is a total waste of time. literally months have past since my first submission to them and still no fix or reply.
