Join/Login Popup too long on smaller screens.

The join/login popup is too long when using a smaller screen (1280x800), and there is no scrolling on the popup. The bottom of the popup is cut off by the bottom of the screen. I also have 3 toolbars visible in Firefox in addition to the menu and address bar, so my visible area is not as large as others.
