What are my options RE: Facebook Connnect.?

Can I disconnect Facebook Connect and go back to the ordinary login? Or, is there another way to stay logged in longer. I hate to do it, because Facebook connect gives me so much control over sharing, but it's a pain in the butt to login every time I want to post something. I'm just inquiring; I don't know what I want to do yet. Thanks Scott! BTW, how are you?
