I keep trying to make an alert and it says a confirmation email will come and it doesn't. I tried a month ago, a week ago and today.

The email I am trying to set-up alerts on is feedback@tekserve.com. I've tried multiple email addresses at our domain and checked all levels of our spam filters.

having the same problem - email confirmations dont arrive (not in spam either!)

  Your alerts have been saved and are working. I'm not sure why the email confirmation never arrived. Likely your Email provider or ISP is marking he emails as spam.
