microblog results not always visible or available via alert
I notice the alerts I'm receiving via email do not contain all results available in the dashboard. Most of those not included are microblog results from twitter.
The same issue also happened today when i closed my dashboard and reopened - some of the microblog results were not visible. Is there some reason the micro-blog results are not always appearing?

This problem is due to the fact that Twitter sometimes fails to respond to requests. It often "goes down" throughout the day and as such affects the results you receive. We are looking at ways to fix this problem, however, for the time being this is simply a limitation all applications must work with when connecting with Twitter.
