Unrelated results in search!

I was following my name using the rss feed, when suddenly one update gave me about 70 new results from newsvine, which by the way does not contain my name (Shayan Ostadhassan). I used the web page to search again, and it gives my 26 results from newsvine which is totally unrelated. What's going on?
