Access to Get Satisafaction and back
My browser, firefox, is set to open a new tab when I click to go off to a new page. However, that does not happen when I access Get Satisfaction from your link. That means getting back to socialping is a mess -- not impossible -- but a mess of back arrows. If you could set it so that my default open a new tab would work that would save me and others a lot of mess.

Is this in reference to the GetSatisfaction link at the bottom of the page through our app, or is this in reference to another location?Comment -

It is support/feedback which when you click takes you to get satisfaction. But for my browser it does not open a new window in a new tab. I have open new window in new tab selected in firefox, but the move to get satisfaction does not do that. Instead get satisfaction replaces what was in the window, which was socialping. That makes moving between the two more difficult than it could be. I do not know what would be involved in making the change. One would hope it would be simple.
