Clickable links for Tweets

When viewing tweets in a DM, the username should have the @ symbol. This would make it easier to click and go to the profile as an option.

When viewing tweets in an email, add the time of the tweet with a link to the original tweet in case you are not able to read the email until hours later. If the person is a heavy tweeter, you have to track down the relevant message. This would be useful if you wanted to use the Twitter RT feature directly from Twitter.

Same thing when viewing tweets on the SocialPing website. Add a link to the time of the tweet that points to the original tweet.
