deleting first tweet

When I delete the first tweet in the list it re-displays much of the file. I am not sure how much. When I delete the second tweet in the list it does not re-display older tweets. I have done this with only one search because I do not want to delete from other searches. The one I have had this problem with is rino. I have figured out a way 'around' the problem -- just do not delete the first tweet. But you probably do not want that to be a permanent requirement.
