The search is supreme court and kagan. When I attempt to go back to the first part of the file [the search started 5/10] it says it is displaying 349 pages, but even when I click on 349 or other pages before that I only get tweets from 3 days ago.
Search #hcr. When I tried last and then when I tried page 10 I got the following message. "Nothin yet...but no worries, it's only a matter of time. We're constantly looking for new tweets matching your watchlist items, but you can check now if you're the antsy type. We don't blame you."
Since I know tweets had been found this seems an inappropriate response.

Hi Bob,
The #hcr tag was encountering an encoding error. I've fixed it and deployed the changes already. You should now be able to get past the first page of results.
In regards to "supreme court and kagan", there was a "feature" from before we could scale like we can now that limited people to only going back 25 pages. There was also a bug with this "feature" that happened along the way that allowed for it to loop, basically after you hit 25 pages, it'd loop back to the first page so page 26 was really the first page of results, 27 the second and so on.
Since we no longer need to limit how far back you can go via pages, we've removed the "feature" and included it in the deploy that I just did a few moments ago. You can now go back as far back in time as you'd like.
If there's any other bugs you encounter, just let us know. -
