If you use an "OR" in a watchlist item (or a "," (comma)), we'll break it into two or more separate watchlist items. Each section in your "OR" statement that you'd be creating should be in it's own watchlist item, but all of them should be tagged the same.
You can use "AND" in a watchlist item though.
