Socialping should add a workflow (assign) feature.
Adding a workflow process to the application would be beneficial. assigning tweets to team members for responding would add tremdous value to a large corporation such as ours.

This was deployed quite some time ago, and recently we deployed additional upgrades to this feature. To use it, in the menu that appears when you hover over a tweet, click on the note icon and then optionally add a note, and then select one of your team members from the "assign to" list.
When you assign a tweet to a user, the user will receive an email letting them know that the tweet was assigned to them, and when they login they'll see it at the top of their dashboard. When they mark it as complete, you'll get an email notification letting you know that they completed it.

This is actually in the final stages of testing. We hit some scalability issues under certain cases so we had to rework some of it, but it's a very easy to work with flow, if I must say so myself. :-)
I can't give an exact date, but it is coming very, very soon. -
