Could you not send out an ajax call to update the database, then the return would result with all the indexed places that person is found in the lifestream and would update their name appropriately? Just a question/suggestion. I know yall are doing a lot of other complicated things, so there may be a good reason you are having to reload the lifestream, it's just a little annoying.
