When I click on "what is this?" next to "share with....," nothing happens.

When I click on "what is this?" next to "share with....," nothing happens.

There isn't a lot of explanation as to what this section is or how it works, and I can't see the "what is this?"

It's not a firefox popup blocker issue, I know that.
