An auto-refresh every [user-defined] seconds would be nice.

We already have an auto-refresh in place, but it's every 15 minutes. We might be adding in a faster one, but the only reason we're limited right now is because every time you refresh, we have to call all of your services. In some instances, if we call that service too much they can actually shut us down, so we're looking for the best compromise right now...

Perhaps you could work out a faster one for twitter, I believe we're allowed 70 requests per hour, it really sucks being 15 minutes behind on my tweet. 2-3 minutes is acceptable but 15 is just unbearable. haha. -

Inappropriate?What ev there is this plug-in for FireFox i think it's called iRefresh5 it refreshes the page every 5 secs! it's great for YouTubers like me i have like 25,000 views now! try it!

would it have anything to do with the fact it is in a Firefox tab that is not the currently selected one? I guess I could test that....
