Excellent feedback, as there's no way for us to know otherwise. I asked a couple friends here in Boulder about the problem and one Josh Fraser (onlineaspect.com) came to the rescue. Turns out he's some sorta email guru and all we needed was an SPF record to which, previous to last night, I was unaware. He also applied us for Microsoft's Sender ID. Hopefully our "email reputation" is a lot higher than it was.
If any future correspondence gets similarly "junked", we'd appreciate the feedback.
Thanks again.

Inappropriate?Well that's no place for Socialthing! I've reported this problem to the devs, and they're doing their best to try to the problem. Thanks for the feedback!
