iPhone web app error when posting to Ping.fm
I noticed a problem this morning attempting to post to Ping.fm from the SocialThing iPhone web app. I repeatedly received an error message "There was an error. Resend".

Inappropriate?Same issue here. Can't send to Ping.fm but I can send to every other service.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?I've noticed that this error has come up from the start when Ping.fm was integrated. Posts would not go through.
A few days later, the error would still appear but if you check Ping.fm, your posts have actually gone through.
At least it works.
I’m confused

Inappropriate?Ancyru, I have not noticed that behavior in my experience. My posts are definitely not going through.
I’m constipated. Oops, I mean sad.
-
Inappropriate?Oh...I didn't know that was the case for others. I think what I did was remove it and re-add it again.
Then I still received the "resend error" but updates were still going through. Perhaps try that?
I’m undecided

Inappropriate?I haven't tried posting to anything but ping.fm from the iPhone, but I get the same error. Any word from the official reps yet?
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?I have to stand corrected since it's no longer working. I suppose it's back to using the actual Ping.fm interface to get my updates through and back to ST! to check on them.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, the peeps at Socialthing! either don't monitor their Get Satisfaction account or they don't think this issue warrants a response. It has been almost a week since this has been reported and nothing official yet.
I’m a jerk.

I did mention this to them 2 weeks ago and they said they were looking into it. Not sure how much has progressed. http://bit.ly/2K1LbN -
Inappropriate?I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since they've been in talks with AOL about acquisition (which is now official)... hopefully, after things cool down, they'll be back in here checking the bugs
I’m unconcerned

Inappropriate?Okay, this is getting a little ridiculous. An official rep could at least acknowledge that they've noticed the post here. I even reposted this problem to get it back on the front page and nothing still. I feel wrong for being snotty about this, as Socialthing is an awesome product, and gratis at that, but ignoring user problems is bad form anyway you cut it.
I’m frustrated
