Yuor link to solve facebook problem doesn't work!

Still waiting for help. After writing a long letter to a friend about my 5 year old sons condition, psuedo achondraplasia, telling her how he suffers pain and needs operations, I discovered that I was no longer able to post anything on facebook and lost the letter and the ability to contact my friend. Is this what facebook is all about? No responsibility!! My personal information is out there in cyber space and I cant reply/edit. Also a message came about a friend who is dying from cancer, again in mid conversation I am cut off. I believe I have given enough information as to the nature of my technical problem in my previous comments. When is facebook going to take some responsibility?
