In the daily reports (or semi-daily reports) all of the URLs should actually be clickable URLs. For example you list the new followers, and who unfollowed, and you provide the URL of their twitter home page ... but those URLs are not clickable links ...

Inappropriate? Thanks Scott - I didn't realize those weren't clickable. I thought most clients auto-hyperlink if they start with http:// - is that not the case?

Inappropriate?Nope ... not in Outlook. And, in your e-mail report you actually embed anchor tages for some of the URLs, but not others. So there are mix of some that work ... and others that don't.
In your first paragraph, you embed the anchor tags around your site URL where you say "please log into..." and then again in the second sentence where you are saying "... going into your Twitter preferences on ..."
I notice that you also use the Strong tag on one of the next sentences. But then when you list the new followers or unfollowers there is no real formatting (a table might be nice :-) or anchor tags on the users URL ...
I’m undecided

Inappropriate?BTW, these should all be clickable now. We're working to improve this much further.
