Not sending auto DMs and not auto following...help?
I set up SocialToo to auto follow new followers and send an auto DM, but it's not working as yet (been about 24 hours). What am I doing wrong?

Thomas, we don't support auto-dms any more. If the auto-follow isn't working you should a) give it up to 48 hours to work (unless you paid for the $20 upgrade, in which it should only be an hour or two), and b) re-enter your Twitter credentials on your Preferences page. After that it should start working.

Inappropriate?Sorry - I don't think it's working again. I tried with one of our other employees' accounts plus I don't see outgoing DMs or auto-follows for new people after you.

Inappropriate?If you manually unfollow, then follow, it may not give the script enough time to detect the unfollow, and follow. The only way for you to tell for sure is to manually unfollow one day, then follow the following day to be sure the script detects both instances. It can be as much as 4 hours between the times it checks for new followers or unfollowers. We're working to speed this up, but the Twitter API unfortunately makes this difficult to do much faster. Give it some time and you should start seeing people getting messages. Let me know if after a day you aren't seeing anything.
