Wrong "last_tweeet" data

My SooicalToo, Follow/Unfollow Stats e-mail says "last_tweet: @bertop he leido que ests enganchado a los .mkv , de donde los sacas?! Llevo 2 semanas buscando El club de la lucha!!" - but this is clearly not mine, why? Plus, I just changed my Twitter password and my account does not show that tweet to appear in any way to have been hacked.
