Rich text columns not displaying properly in Socrata
I have a Blist that loses most of it's formatting (and possibly structure) when rendered in Socrata. It is publicly viewable.
Here is the URL for this Blist under the old application (you need to click on the "Keep Using Old___" after the redirect, and then have patience -- it takes a while to load):
http://app.blist.com/#/blist/travicane/My-Condo-Balcony-Gardens
Here is the URL for the same Blist (now Data Set) in Socrata:
http://www.socrata.com/fun/My-Condo-B...
I am at somewhat of an impasse since another problem (see Topic "Getting a network connection error message___") prevents me form accessing the Edit function in Socrata.
Regards
Garth

It looks like this is related to a problem with the way rich text columns are rendered in the new Socrata grid. Our engineers are working on it, but one thing you might try to do in the meantime is to convert those columns from Rich Text columns to Plain Text. Then they'll be rendered normally. -
Inappropriate?I cannot change column type once I have created the column so I can't see how this would help

Sorry for your troubles. By the end of this week we should have a feature available to convert columns between different types, so you'll be able to convert your rich text column into a plan text column.
Also, we fixed the formatting issue with most rich text columns, so there's a good chance things should look right again in Socrata.
