Inappropriate?A couple things I see:
1) `/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php` is part is the WP core, so unless it has been deleted it should be there.
2) Being that #1 failed, the plugin never installed properly. The plugin won't work until you've resolved #1 and reactivated the plugin.
Barring other problems. -
Inappropriate?I have a similar problem, uploaded pingpressfm this morning and get and can now not access my admin, dashboard, anything. Cannot even access page to delete the pingpress plug in which would presumably solve the problem!! Message is as follows - Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in E:\domains\b\businesshands.co.uk\user\htdocs\blog\wp-content\plugins\pingpressfm\pingPressFM.php on line 142

This solves the problem

You don't have the curl module installed. One of the primary requirements of the plugins. Delete the plugin with FTP. Then have your host install the curl module (which should have been installed anyway). -
Inappropriate?Is the original problem still an issue? The database name bug was fixed.
