I’m frustrated

Can't download Soluto.

Edit Subject

I got an invite for the beta, but clicking on the download button gets me to the signup screen. How do I solve this problem?
Tried both on Firefox and Chrome.

Same issue for me. I'm assuming the URL in the email has a specific invite code that has been already used.

Hi Everyone,

We are experiencing heavy load on our servers.
Many new friends are joining the PC Genome.
We are working on scaling up. Some of reported issues and bugs are traffic related.

We are very close to resolve that issue for good.

It's okay guys, I can see that the web page is now changed to a message saying that the download servers are busy, so I guess I should be happy that the invite is still valid.

Don't knnow if you were experienceng the same problem as me. I was having trouble donwloading; page timig out before download. Then I closed uTorrent to free up the cpu a bit and soluto downloaded a treat. Only trouble now is I get no analysis - just cogs turning tound and cpu usage 50%+

Hey i've got a problem, I'm on 3rd step and It stops at 7824kb, i've downloaded it 3 times the solutoinstaller and it always stop at 7824kb and it download it again...
I use a university network and i've not32 antivirus in Win7,maybe it could help, and i've downloaded the solutoinstaller.exe with chrome 6. The solutoinstaller try to download maybe 3 or five times and after it popup me an error message ".failed installing soluto, we're sorry"
Help me please, mabe there in a link to download the full installer .
I wnt to try your app :D

I would have really liked to have tried this software, however so far after a dozen attempts it keeps stopping during install. I am using windows xp professional if that helps.

Hey guys,
Let's try and make things better:
Since Soluto downloads files into a temporary location on your hard drive, I suggest cleaning it before continuing:

1. Go to Computer/My Computer and right click on your system drive (usually C), select Properties.
2. Click on Disk Cleanup and make sure that “Downloaded Program Files”, “Temporary Internet Files” and “Temporary Internet Files” are checked.
3. Click OK

Once the cleanup is complete go to http://www.soluto.com/Download/ and download the installer again.

Seems like the problems are still not solved. I have been trying to install for 5 hours, but am still at 0%. Kind of sad considering the nature of the service. Why would I trust it to clean up my machine?

I can download the installer but when I try to run it it just stalls. I've tried it 5 times, always with the same result. This is frustrating.

Can't see why we couldn't have continued downloading straight from the site, the waiting for a link deal is VERY upsetting. I have ten more computers to add this to, do I need to have a new email for each one??? If so, ridiculous.

  No need to get upset. Downloads are completely down at the moment, even if you had an invite. We will issue an official update later on, but at the moment there are no downloads at all.
