Why can't I deploy to tomcat from an m2eclipse project?

I want to use m2eclipse and debug on tomcat.
I have a maven project through m2eclipse, but I don't get the option Run on Server in eclipse as before using m2eclipse. Am I missing something? How do you guys run/debug on a container from m2eclipse? Thanks in advance!
