Wrong script name in section 16.2.5 (Startup Scripts for Linux)

In section 16.2.5 the text refers to scripts called ${NEXUS_HOME}/bin/jsw/linux-ppc-64/app, ${NEXUS_HOME}/bin/jsw/linux-x86-32/app, and ${NEXUS_HOME}/bin/jsw/linux-x86-64/app. They do not exist in Nexus 1.0.1. Possibly the script has changed name to 'nexus'?

Inappropriate?Thank you Anders, I've updated our copy to use the new script names. Instead of "app" the script is named "nexus". Chapter 16 is updated and I've added you to the acknowledgements. You should see the book updated during the next release.
