1.0 Won't Completely Uninstall

After testing out the 1.1 nightly, many things in my separate 1.0 install are broken. :( I can't use Media Flow or Filter views, and if I try to sort my library in the List view, it completely hangs up. I've uninstalled both versions and reinstalled 1.0, but something's not being completely removed because my settings and feathers are still there on the fresh install. Are those stored somewhere else that I have to delete?

I run Vista Home Premium 32-bit, if it helps.
