Ä is displayed as ה and it doesnt let me change it!
I imported my collection which was recorded with iTiunes, but SongBird has changed all Ä's to a weird letter and i cant even change it back?

The way characters are represented in id3 2.3, which is what itunes uses, is different than how they're represented in id3 2.4, which is what songbird uses.
There shouldn't be any problems, but we're wondering if the file is telling us that it's one kind of character when it's really something else.
It would be a huge help in tracking down the issue if you would please log a bug in Bugzilla and attach one of your affected files as well as a screenshot showing the incorrect data.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem but with a little twist:
I have only one song in my library that has this problem. All the other songs, even on the same album, are just fine. This is the only song with double ä's though... The whole album was ripped in one session, with Easy CD-DA Extractor.
Will try ripping the song again. Someday...
I’m not gonna lose any sleep over it...
