Add "file full path" field to Metadata Editor
Add a not edit field in Metadata Editor to see the full path of the file because this data can help me change to the correct values of the ID3.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the suggestion. In the meantime, you can use the column picker to the right of the columns in the library view to add the location field.

Ok, but my suggestion was about the metadata editor, because when i what to edit a tag of X song I can't view the location and this field can help me to figure out what song is. -
Inappropriate? This is a good idea, you could of course enable the location column beforehand, but that is a little impractical, especially since the metadata window usually obscures a significant part of the screen. Just having the full path at the bottom of the metadata window would make editing metadata much more convenient.

Inappropriate?May I suggest that when you do edit the metadata and, for instance, want to manually add album art, that Songbird redirects you to the directory where the file(s) exist? This is very helpful when, for instance, you are fetching the album art manually from the web and saving it in the directory where the files are stored. As it is now, each time I edit the album art metadata, I have to go through my folder tree and find the directory where the files are stored, which is also where I am saving the album art.

Inappropriate?@decayingomeha: Great idea. I'll file a feature request.
@espy: There's supposed to be a summary pane which has this capability. It got bumped from the release because it was causing various layout problems, but maybe I can get some time to finish it for Hendrix... I wouldn't hold my breath, but I want it for myself, too. -
Inappropriate? This is absolutely essential. If you have a messy collection, there might be *no* metadata to work from.
I’m aggravated
