when i click install on an add on that i want nothing happens... how can i fix this or what is the cause?

The addons site is temporarily broken in Songbird. I filed Bug 17821. Your gonna have to use Firefox or another browser to manually download add-ons right now.

Thanks for the help, is there an easy was to do that? such as downloading and installing it and making sure that the download is compatible with my version of songbird?

Inappropriate?We accidentally broke the install button when we were adding the new locale functionality. It's fixed now.
