Add "remove track from library" contextual menu item in playlists

Add a "remove track from library" contextual menu item that works on tracks in playlists. As it is now, the "remove" item is dimmed when playing tracks from a playlist. This forces you to go to the library, search through to find the track, delete it, and return to the original playlist, which is pretty inconvenient.
