Album Covers mixed up in my Ipod?

My computer has Vista (yea..I know) and itunes recently broke down for me, so I found Songbird, which was great, but now I've synced my songs using Songbird and my Album covers are all mixed up in my Ipod. Some covers are on other albums, and I know Songbird has the cover art option, but it doesn't sync the picture I see on my library. How do I fix this?
