Inappropriate?I recommand you create a new bugzilla report about this so the developers can investigate it further.
You can do so by going to:
http://bugzilla.songbirdnest.com/
You need to sign in or create a free profile.
Then you create a new report for the quicktime add-on.
Btw, I heard iTunes is now largely DRM-free.
I never bought tracks on iTunes, but can't you redownload the unprotected versions of your tracks now?
If you need further help with the bug report let me know. -
Alas, that's how they get you. Yes, most current tracks are now DRM free. However, for tracks you purchased before, you must pay to upgrade. For someone that's built up an extensive library (like myself), that costs about $50. And I'm broke. =( -
Thanks Seba, I'll do both - nearly satisfied... -
Inappropriate?I'm also having issues playing back iTunes tracks. I reported this about two weeks ago... unfortunately, no reply so far.

Inappropriate? We try so hard to be legal but are thwarted at every step...
I’m demented, as is the caged bird of happiness...
