I wish we could do this, however this would require us reverse engineering the Apple TV Sync spec something we are not going to do. Also at this point we would only be able to sync Music, which would leave out TV, Movies, etc. It would be nice in the future however I don't see this happening unless we have a very willing community member to build an Apple TV add on.

I understand, and was afraid that would be the case.
I'm sure there aren't that many people out there with an AppleTV who want to ditch iTunes.
