Artist's Last.fm Top 10 playlist generator
This is probably more an idea for an add-on based on integreation with last.fm.
What I often do when i want to get to know a recently discovered band better, is to generate a playlist based on the top 10 or 20 most scrobbled songs of that band on last.fm during the last 6 months.This requires a lot of alt-tab'ing between the browser and the media player, so an add-on that would automate this would be great!
