Can we copy the music library to another computer?

I need to transfer my songbird library to another computer, is this possible?

I've already tried copying my music library folder and the db folder inside the profiles folder, then replacing both on my other computer but this did not work, songbird didn't appear to read the new db files at all. This was attempted from windows to ubuntu, but I'll also need to transfer it to another windows.

This is primarily so I can keep the ratings of my music (as that's the only thing that's not held in the music file itself)
