Can't get Songbird to see my iphone or sync with Outlook

Hi,

I am using Songbird portable because I am forced to use a company laptop and do not have admin rights - so I am unable to install iTunes. To be honest Songbird surprised me - it is brilliant and works great with my iPod. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 3G and found that I can't just plug and play like I can with my ipod as it says I cannot istall the device without admin rights - are you able to get round this problem?

Secondly, I would like to use Songbird to sync my iPhone/iPod with Outlook - is there a portable application that will allow me to do this?
