Limit/disable Songbird's prefetching of MP3 files, on certain sites

On pages that have a large number of MP3 links, Songbird's prefetching of files for reading the tags fetches lots of files -- mostly unnecessarily, if they're not used -- and triggers mod_security to block access from that IP address.

I'd like to see an option to limit the number of files that Songbird prefetches on a page (5-10 by default, with a UI button to prefetch the rest on demand), and a per-site setting to disable all prefetching.
