Inappropriate?I believe you simply right click on your subscription and select delete. It worked for me.
I deleted all my subscriptions because Songbird doesn't really do podcasts. Get another client to handle your podcasts would be my suggestion. At least until they get it sorted.
I know other people have the same concerns and that there is a bug open for it. So let's hope it will be addressed in future releases -
Thank you -
Inappropriate? If you're waiting for better podcast support, it's listed on the Roadmap later this summer (Kanye). I'll be waiting too: I've duplicated a few downloads of podcasts because I didn't remember picking it up already.
I’m waiting patiently for Kanye,

Unfortunately, podcast support has been dropped from Kayne and "will be completed in a future release".

Inappropriate?I cannot delete podcasts either. The right click menu for playlists allows "Delete", "Rename", and "Edit Properties...", but the right click menu for subscriptions only lists "Edit Properties..." and "Update". I think it's an error with my Songbird. All I can do is replace the disfunctional podcast I want to remove with a different one. Maybe I could manually edit my config files, but I don't know how, and removing the podcast's directory doesn't do anything.
Version: Songbird 1.5.0a, Build 1288 (20091001171440)
I’m also annoyed

I had this issue, and reverted back to using Juice as the podcatcher. When I did so, the only way I was able to get rid of the podcast was to wipe my entire library and re-import the media. This is fine, but be forewarned that you will lose some metadata such as playcount, ratings, etc...
