Display playlist contents at same time as library contents
Is there a way to display the contents of a playlist and the contents of your library on the same display so you can drag and drop to the active playlist. Similar to the way MusicMatch, Winamp and Windows Media Player work.

After install open it in a right sidebar (View->Show Right Sidebar).
You can queue the list by drag-n-drop tracks from the library.2 Comments

I installed the addon you suggested but nothing extra shows in the Right Sidebar when I doubleclick on a song or drag-n-drop to the sidebar. Nothing shows up inside it. Is there possibly another addon that might be blocking this from working. I really want to use this addon so Songbird will work more like other music players that I'm familiar with. I've restarted Songbird multiple times and uninstalled LyricMaster addon but still no success. Any advice? -
I re-installed Songbird from scratch and then installed the addon to make sure that this addon doesn't conflict with any others. Still it doesn't allow me to drag-n-drop to the sidebar.?? I am using Songbird Version: 1.0.0, Build 860 (20081124135419) and addon version 0.6.1. Any suggestions. Thanks

The fact is that the latest add-on 0.6.1 version uploaded on add-on site is suppose to work with Songbird 1.0.0rc2 the highest and was never updated by the author to work with later Songbird versions.
I've tweaked install.rdf and bumped to the higher version.
Now it works for me so, I'm able to drag-n-drop to Play Queue list in a right sidebar.
If you have another add-on using the same sidebar, you need to choose Now Playing in a list(little list icon in a sidebar header).

If you know how to tweak install.rdf file to the higher "maxversion", you can do that.
Another option is to create a new boolean in about:config via right click and choosing New-Boolean which will be
extensions.checkCompatibility
then setting it to False.
